The sacred north face of Mount Kailash, captured after an arduous journey with heavy photography equipment. This revered summit is believed by Hindus to represent Vasuki, the divine serpent on Shiva's neck, and holds profound spiritual significance across multiple religions including Hinduism and Buddhism.

After tremendous effort, I carried a heavy iron load to the north face of the Holy Mountain and took a photo of the summit of Mount Kailash. Indians believe the summit of Mount Kailash is the head of the serpent on Shiva's neck. This serpent, known as Vasuki, is a divine serpent in Hinduism and also one of the eight Nāga kings in Buddhism. Mount Kailash itself is a sacred site in various religions.
